Surprisingly, few people know that Omega 3 can treat depression.
In fact, a landmark study by the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry showed that Omega 3 was better at treating depression than fluoxetine (aka Prozac, Serafem, etc.).
Anxiety can also be treated with Omega 3.
We recommend our Omega 3 (of course!) but any quality Omega 3 should work fine.
